Growth Marketing Manager
Our client is searching to hire an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to shape strategy, own performance metrics, and scale an early-stage auction platform startup from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be responsible for go-to-market planning, paid acquisition, retention, and analytics, ensuring every marketing dollar is maximized for growth. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in growth/performance marketing, proven expertise in paid media buying, funnel optimization, and a strong analytical background.
Remote status: Fully Remote (preferred for Europe or LATAM time zones)
Type: Full-time
Monthly Salary: $4,500 - $5,500 (negotiable based on location & experience)
