In this role, you'll be responsible for taking calls and providing exceptional support to customers throughout their purchasing journey. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of customer-facing phone experience, including 2 years in high-ticket eCommerce, and possesses strong emotional intelligence to navigate complex customer interactions.
