Troubleshooting Sticky CTA: Issues with Positioning and Settings

hey team, super simple question trying to create a sticky cta, i've watched the following:

for some reason it's not sticking to the bottom, even with these settings (attached), when i view the preview page

fixed this issue, found another 😅 above was it needed to be beneath the container, thanks to Micheal A. for the help with that trying to get the 'CTA banner' to only show when it gets to a specific title on screen:
URL hash mark - snaps to the bottom of the LP
Pixels from Top Of Page - pops up the cta then scrolls away
Likely user error, help 🥹
