Troubleshooting Replo AI Visibility for Mobile Resizing

Hi! Anyone know why Replo AI isnt showing up for me? I want to try it for the mobile resizing but cant get it to show up

hi! did you already create a replo ai shop? to clarify, we currently offer two products:
replo ai: the ai-native, lovable for ecommerce
replo for shopify themes: our original drag and drop builder
unfortunately, you cant use one both products under one shop — youll need to create separate shop to use the ai product

Hey Blalck, if Replo AI isn’t showing up, it’s often due to installation or theme compatibility issues. First, check in your Shopify admin under Apps to confirm it’s installed and active. Then, verify that the app embed is enabled in your theme editor. If it still doesn’t appear, try clearing your browser cache or testing in a private window. In some cases, you may need to reinstall the app or contact Replo support for API/embedding issues.
