Unfortunately, there is no way to dynamically pull in Shopify menu items into Replo. Headers and footers are also fully managed within Shopify (unless you're building a custom one in Replo).
However, you can customize what your footer menu includes within Shopify, and then add it to your theme's footer/header.
Once you add it to your theme in Shopify, you can go into your page's settings in Replo, and under Shopify Theme, toggle on any of the "Show footer" options.
