have you started a support chat? that's the best way to go about this. We'll need way more information - what pages are slow to load, screencasts of the slow loading, etc
I think the reason support hasn't been responsive is that you followed up on the same account and billing thread, and that team doesn't work 24/7. I went ahead and moved the support ticket, so should be much more responsive now
