quick followup here, synced up with our support team, seems like it's an issue with how this theme is built using vue.js. We'll continue to investigate, but these things can take a lot of back and forth sometimes so we'll need some help from you to get theme access, etc - support will reach out! may take a little bit but we're not going to forget haha

I don't think this is a theme conflict, because the client mentioned that everything was working fine previously. However, even the old pages started showing this issue a few days ago, so it's possible that something changed when Replo launched a recent update or something similar.
