However, I'm also seeing hiring managers and career coaches saying we need custom resumes for every job we're applying to, which does make sense when you think about it. And we did create a tool to automate the job sourcing and application process, but I think this general adviceis somewhat broken unless you have an inside person helping or using a tool to automate and track everything
